Religious Education

As a Catholic primary school, the basic religious ethos is to be found across the whole curriculum and not just within the RE timetable. A child’s religious education includes Curriculum RE, Collective Worship and everything that contributes to the Catholic life of the school.

The whole aim of the school is the Christian growth of the children, not simply their growth in faith but their growing awareness of the world as a maturing Christian. The school will foster in children’s respect for the value of their own culture and the culture of others and help them to live harmoniously in society.
